This CPU has seen 1.7 volts and somehow still lives to see another day.
It has been delidded in a vice, so the IHS is scratched, marked and generally looks like it has been through a small war. The tough little battler still keeps fighting.

Use it in a build, see if it can push 1.7V again, put it on your keys, use it as a paperweight… whatever you want.
It does still work, but I cannot say how long for.
